This leads Cassandra to ask a critical question ‘Do you accurately know what is motivating every individual in your team?’ Many leaders don’t accurately know what their own key motivators are, so how can they profess to know what motivates their team?
Cassandra introduces the concept of Motivational Mapping and gets you to consider that some people just aren’t turned on by earning more money, or by more freedom or responsibility.
