Leading in the New Work Order
The rapid transformation in organisational forms and ways of working that we have seen in the past 12 months has led to many positive technological and other advances. However, it has also caused significant additional stress for employees who were already under huge pressure. Much of this stress and resultant performance decline has been caused by an over-reliance on outdated management and a lack of true leadership. Building on Nigel Girling’s “Post Vaccine Victories” presentation in January, this session will delve into the key leadership behaviours that will enable organisations to thrive as we continue to shape the new work order.
