Dr Paul Pritchard

Biography

Dr Paul Pritchard has wide experience in corporate sustainability with a focus on financial services and value chains.  Following studies on heavy metal contamination he specialised in due diligence support for property investment.  During a sixteen year spell at RSA Insurance Group he was Group Environmental Adviser and also lead the operational risk function with particular responsibility for capital management and model development. Since leaving RSA he has worked as an independent sustainability adviser with Iken Associates, recently joining Aviva’s external expert climate risk panel and authoring the BSI/BEIS Sustainable Finance Framework Guide (PAS7340). He has served as Vice Chairman of IEMA, an organisation for environmental professionals with over 15,000 members and as a Fellow at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL).
